For over six years, Jess and I have worked together with schools, Boards, small teams and large organizations across the United States. In our partnership we bring a distinct perspective, set of experiences, and identities into the work. We are extremely intentional in our collaboration as a cross-racial duo in an effort to reflect various perspectives from historically marginalized and historically dominant identity groups, as well as to ensure that all members of a school community ‘see themselves’ in the consultant team and the approach.
