Welcome / Bienvenidos

Please Read Below Before Registering:
In order to attend the conference registration is required. Students may fulfill their registration forms either by registering themselves or having adult chaperones register for them. Chaperones may only register students from their representative school. If a student registers themselves please make sure that your school has at least one chaperone who has filled out the form. For Emergency Contact Information for each student include an emergency contact's name, E-mail and phone number.
(Typically emergency contacts are guardians or parents)
Please feel free to contact us with any questions about registration or other conference details here.
There is a maximum of 15 students to register per school. If you would like to register more students, please feel free to contact us. There is no limit to adult chaperones.
Why ask for pronouns?  No matter your gender identity, gender can be very important to someone's sense of self. To incorrectly gender someone can cause the person to feel disrespected and/or alienated. It is very important to know that you cannot visually tell someone’s gender. This means that you can also not visually tell if someone is transgender, non-binary, genderqueer, gender non-conforming, gender-variant, etc. Asking for pronouns can prevent emotional distress from happening, and sets an example of respect. Your pronouns will appear on your name tag unless you leave the button blank.
